Extension of CERES EBAF radiation fluxes data set

We extended the CERES EBAF Surface and Top-of-Atmosphere (TOA) radiation fluxes data set, Ed4.2. This global data set with 1 degree grid resolution and monthly temporal resolutions covers the period March 2000 through December 2025 (Surface) / January 2026 (TOA).

New version of GPCC Monitoring Product

We offer a new version, V2025, of the GPCC Product of monthly global land-surface precipitation which is now a combination of analysis and monitoring product and the successor of V2022. We offer this data set at 1 degree and at 0.25 degree grid resolution for the time period January 1891 until December 2025.

Extension: MSWEP precipitation amount

We extended the v2.8 MSWEP (Multi-Source Weighted-Ensemble Precipitation) precipitation amount data set by data of five years. It comes with 3-hourly temporal resolution and global coverage at 0.1 degree grid resolution for the period 1979-01-01 until 2026-02-28.

Extension of OSCAR ocean surface current

We extended the OSCAR ocean surface current version V2.0 data set. Data are now available at daily temporal resolution on a 0.25 grid resolution global grid for the time period 1993-01-01 through 2025-12-31. For more information see:

Extension of IMERG half-hourly precipitation amount data set

We extended the IMERG (Integrated Multi-satellitE Retrievals for GPM) data set of the half-hourly estimates of the precipitation amount (intensity) in mm/hour by nine months. This data set (v07) is now available globally at 0.1 degree grid resolution for the period 2000-06-01 through 2025-08-31. For more information see:

The Integrated Climate Data Center (ICDC) allows easy access to climate relevant data from in-situ measurements and satellite remote sensing. These data are important to determine the status and the changes in the climate system. Additionally some relevant re-analysis data are included, which are modeled on the basis of observational data.
