New version of Arctic melt-pond fraction

We offer a new version of the Arctic melt-pond fraction on sea ice data set. The new version uses an improved approach and derives daily melt-pond fraction data from MODIS Terra reflectance values of processing V061. The new version covers months June through August of years 2000 through 2024 and is available at 500 m and 12.5 km grid resolution. For more information see:
