We extended the Terra and Aqua MODIS snow cover data sets, version 6.1, until including April 2026. These global data sets come at 0.05 degree grid resolution and daily as well as monthly temporal resolution for the period March 2000 (Terra) and July 2002 (Aqua) through April 2026.
