New Jupyter Notebook Visualizations

We replaced the visualization tool LAS with Jupyter Notebooks showing map and time series plots of our data sets. In case you are a university of Hamburg member, you can run these notebooks in the MIN jupyterhub (https://code.min.uni-hamburg.de) after installing once the netCDF4 Python library. A brief manual how to do that can be found at the top of each notebook. 

Each data page contains a link to the Jupyter Notebook that visualizes that dataset. All notebooks can be found here: https://gitlab.rrz.uni-hamburg.de/cliccs_data/cliccs_data_visualizer
